tamil27.com is run with the sole intention of raising awareness of the struggle of the Tamil people from Srilanka. This is an ongoing struggle which till this day isn’t resolved.

 

The purpose here is to show what the people have gone through and still going through at the hands of the genocidal Srilankan state. The only voice for these people were the LTTE, it was only because of them the Tamil people were able to live with dignity.

 

Unfortunately after the 2009 massacre which cost 100,000s of Tamil lives, they are no more. War crimes were committed with the only aim of getting rid of all Tamil people.

 

Now the Tamil people have no one except the international community to intervene. The world has been sitting and watching this genocide, at least now we hope they realise who is in the right and wrong and take action. Tamil people are subject to horrific abuses on a daily basis and we need to put a full stop to this. They have no voice and are living under a dictatorship where freedom is no more.

 

Lots of evidence, reports have emerged which clearly show the systematic wipe-out of the Tamil population and symbols of Tamil nationalism by the SriLankan state. Nobody is ready to intervene, so the more people know about this the more this forgotten topic will come back.
